A successful fiber installation depends on fiber polarity. This webinar is the second in a series of four to help you better understand all aspects of fiber polarity.

 

With our fiber experts, we’ll first review simple rules for achieving polarity, as well as the types of components involved with fiber polarity.

 

From there, we’ll discuss the concept of “drawing” or “mapping” polarity, what it means and the value it may (or may not) bring to new fiber projects and existing fiber networks. We’ll also cover the different ways that mapping can be completed, as well the benefits of drawbacks of each approach.

 

In addition, we’ll take a close look at mapping polarity with symbols. Attendees will learn how this approach to polarity mapping works, the benefits it offers and the simplicity of using symbols.
