A number of variables can impact the time required to develop a customized curriculum—technology requirements, participant number, skill level, etc. For smaller groups with defined needs, 2-3 weeks is typically sufficient for requirements gathering, content development, alignment and deployment. For larger, more complex networks, we recommend the considerations and requirements process begin at least 5-6 weeks in advance of course delivery.
Depending on the technology, curriculum and course objectives, customized trainings range from as few as 5 to as many as 20 participants. Smaller groups are recommended for more complex training.
As this is a customized offering based on customer requirements, course duration is determined based on training goals, your unique requirements and participant-skill levels. Our instructional engineers work directly with customers to deliver on training requirements in the most efficient manner.
